Implementation

Our Approach

The SAM initiative brings together campus-wide experts who inform our phased approach. SAM members are committed to:

  1. Increase collaboration and consultation by working with campus partners on planning, design, and adoption.
  2. Ensure robust oversight and effective decision-making through a governance model that reflects diverse perspectives and experiences.
  3. Iterate thoughtfully, allowing for refinement, adaptation, and an improved user experience — minimizing risks and maximizing value.
  4. Provide ongoing engagement to ensure feedback is sought, heard, and valued.
  5. Offer person-centered change management based on people’s needs and experiences.

SAM Timeline

Implementation will follow a phased rollout to allow thorough testing, robust risk management, and continuous improvement. The Coursedog modules will be publicly available to the campus community on their launch date. MyGatorPath, Stellic’s modules, will first be piloted by the College of Education and the College of Journalism and Communications in 2026. A campus rollout will follow soon after. As we progress through the different modules, we will continue to collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure timely communication, engagement, and training.

We will update this page as we move through the implementation to reflect engagement opportunities and training. Make sure to bookmark the SAM website and check back often to learn how you can get involved!
